External cladding

The external cladding is getting there. It is a weatherboard lookalike product by James Hardie called Linea. Fell in love with it from a house in a magazine...which is how I have chosen most things to be honest. It will be painted, and at the moment fancy the colour "Mist"( a light grey) from Porters Paints. See how we go with the sample pot first.

  2. When you build your home, its internal looks are something you pay a great deal of attention to. In much the same way, the Basement wall insulation of a building too are very important. It is the exterior wall of your home that forms its protective shell and therefore it needs to be covered with what is known as External cladding. The main idea behind external cladding is to give the building or home a weather-proof exterior. This means that it prevents the collection of water around the walls. It also prevents it from seeping down into the cavities that are present in the wall. And of course, because it is on the outside of your home, it also give your home a great aesthetic touch to it.
